NOTE: Releases outside of 25 miles from our home loft in Petaluma will be priced on an individual basis. An additional mileage fee may apply.
DELAYS:
We will be prepared to release the birds after the scheduled release time if your event is running a little behind schedule. Additional waiting times may be available at an additional cost for each additional half hour if we do not have any other event bookings scheduled and our bird's health and safety isn't at risk.
Booking:

A 50% deposit is required to book your event.

Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

We will only return deposits for situations that result from an Act of God.

If your bird release has been paid in full and cannot take place due to an Act of God you will receive a 100% refund unless you would like to reschedule for a later date.

If your bird release has been paid in full and is later cancelled due to a non Act of God, you will be refunded 25% of the total amount paid.

No refunds will be given if you decide to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled event date.
