Booking:

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

You will be asked the event starting time and release time.

If your bird release has been paid in full and cannot take place due severe weather or other unforeseen natural events, you will receive a 100% refund unless you prefer to reschedule for a later date.

Re-scheduling before 48 hours prior to the scheduled event may be re-scheduled if we are available for an additional cancellation/rebooking fee of $100.00

No refunds will be given if you decide to cancel.
Delays:
​We will ensure the birds are ready for release at your scheduled time. If your event is slightly delayed, we can accommodate additional waiting times for a fee of $50 for each extra half hour or part thereof. Because we often schedule multiple events in a single day, extended delays are not possible - not only because they impact later bookings, but also because prolonged confinement can affect the health and safety of the birds. If you are delayed for more than one hour, we will have to leave and you will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well- being of our birds.
